It will help: redevelopment will be allowed to be issued through «public services»

Krympress reports:

It will be possible to submit an application for the redevelopment of the apartment through the «public services». The State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Communal Services prepared such a bill. They plan to enter the document to the State Duma before the end of the week, the chairman of the committee Sergey Pakhomov told RBC-Real Estate.

Now you can submit an application for redevelopment or transfer of a dwelling to a non -residential category through the MFC or the local administration, for example, the Moszhilin Inspection.

According to the bill, for this it will be possible to use the portal «State Services». This will quickly identify those who submit statements, Pakhomov explained. In addition, the procedure will become seamless, which will exclude the pass of the deadlines for administrative regulations or the loss of documents.

It is important that the coordination of redevelopment will occur after the administration employees personally appreciate the premises, Pakhomov emphasized. If violations are identified, they will need to be indicated in the refusal by explaining the cause.

It is also proposed to collect all decisions on redevelopment of premises in a special digital register. This will ensure the transparency of the work of municipalities.
