Job offer is used in recruiting by 4 out of 10 Crimean companies. Representatives of employers and economically active citizens took part in the survey of the SuperJob search service for high-paying jobs.
40% of Crimean companies use in their practice a job offer — a written document or an email containing the key conditions of the job offer: in 18% of companies, all candidates receive job offers, in 22% — some categories of personnel. Judging by the comments, most often job offers are sent to top and middle managers, engineering and technical workers, IT specialists and office workers— noted in the press service of the service.
A survey of representatives of the economically active population showed that 32% received an offer from an employer. The older the respondents, the more among them those who came across such a document during employment. The number of respondents who received offers grows with an increase in the level of income: among the townspeople with a salary of 80 thousand rubles a month, they are the most (42%).
