Join us: The Day of the Resort City will be celebrated with the donor campaign “Yalta – the City of Happiness”

In August, the resort city of Yalta will celebrate its birthday. As a gift to their beloved city and its residents, on August 8-9, the city residents will hold a two-day donor campaign in support of a prosperous and peaceful life, «Yalta — the City of Happiness». The donors will be rewarded with a free visit to the historical and literary museum.

As a sign of love for the beautiful hometown, as well as a manifestation of the active civic position of Yalta residents, mercy and compassion, the Yalta branch of the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution of the Republic of Karelia “Blood Center” will host a donor campaign “Yalta – the city of happiness” on August 8 and 9, aimed at replenishing strategically important blood reserves.

These days, anyone who has no health problems can come to donate blood for free for all those who need it. Of course, to do this, you need to have an active life position and such human qualities as mercy and compassion. And also understand that each of us can help doctors save human lives— commented activists of the donor movement in Yalta.

During the event, young people from Yalta and nearby settlements will also be able to join the Federal Register of Bone Marrow Donors, thereby giving a chance for salvation to people suffering from blood diseases, including leukemia.

A gift for noble people — donors of Yalta will be a free visit to the expositions of the Yalta Historical and Literary Museum on August 8, 9 and 10. A donor certificate will serve as a pass.

The initiators of the socially significant and literally vitally necessary campaign “Yalta – the city of happiness” are the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution of the Republic of Karelia “Blood Center”, the Municipal Budgetary Cultural Institution “Yalta Centralized Club System” and the Yalta Historical and Literary Museum.

Reception of voluntary blood donors in the Yalta branch of the State Healthcare Institution of the Republic of Karelia «Blood Center» is held at the address: Yalta, Sverdlova Street, 14, from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 13:00. You must have a Russian passport and SNILS with you.
