Kerch saw off its fellow countryman — the hero of the Northern Military District — on his last journey

Today Kerch said goodbye to the fallen hero Eduard Kapustin.

Eduard Sergeevich Kapustin was born on March 25, 1997. He studied at school No. 28, graduating in 2012. Entered the Kerch Marine Marine Mechanical College. And in September 2016, he began mastering the specialty of food technologist at the Kerch State Marine Technological University. In 2022, Eduard graduated from the university with a master’s degree with honors. Afterwards he worked as a laboratory chemist at Intertek Rus JSC (Taman) in a testing laboratory.

In December 2022, Eduard was called up for military service, which he did in the village. Perevalny, Republic of Crimea. On November 5, 2023, Eduard Kapustin died heroically while performing special taskssaid the head of the Kerch administration Svyatoslav Brusakov.

All his family, friends and loved ones remember him as a sympathetic, kind, cheerful and modest person with a big heart. Eternal memory to the Hero!
