On the basis of the Scientific and Clinical Center «Health and Rehabilitation Technologies» of the Crimean Federal University, preparations are underway for the launch of an outpatient department of medical rehabilitation. The university pays special attention to the development of modern, evidence-based rehabilitation programs. One of the most important areas today is the restoration of the health of participants in the Special Military Operation. I reported about it. O. rector of KFU V. I. At the moment, the Scientific and Clinical Center «Health Technologies and Rehabilitation» is at the stage of preparation for licensing for medical rehabilitation of the third stage.
We are preparing to open an outpatient department and obtain a license. As soon as it is launched, the medical activities of the center will be possible, including at the expense of the territorial compulsory medical insurance fund, which opens up wide opportunities for the rehabilitation of participants in the Special Military Operation, — quotes the press service of the university Elena Biryukova.
As noted by i. O. Rector of the Crimean Federal University Vladimir Kuryanov, restoring the health of participants in the Special Military Operation is one of the most important areas today.
We consider issues primarily related to compulsory medical insurance policies. We will seriously deal with this particular category of citizens of the Russian Federation, since they, more than anyone else, need our attention. We will work together with the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation, which was created to support NWO participants. Together we will find ways to solve this problem in such a way that the people who protect us today are surrounded by our attention as much as possible and receive the maximum opportunities for the rehabilitation of their health and physical condition.— emphasizes Vladimir Kuryanov.
The center is ready to receive participants of the Special Military Operation at the present time.
Now we have a Kinesitherapy Center, which offers physiotherapy exercises, rehabilitation treatment under the supervision of experienced doctors and instructors. It also conducts research and rehabilitation of patients with post-traumatic stress disorder. We are ready to accept patients from the category of CBO participants— says Anastasia Trufanova, director of the Center for Health and Rehabilitation Technologies.
In the future, the university plans to expand the areas of work, the number of methods used, the area of the center and increase the staff of rehabilitation specialists to meet the needs of patients.
Recall that the Scientific and Clinical Center «Health and Rehabilitation Technologies» was opened at the Crimean Federal University as part of the program of strategic academic leadership «Priority 2030». The center includes the Bubnovsky Center for Rehabilitation, as well as laboratories that conduct scientific research and rehabilitation of patients with disorders of the musculoskeletal system, herniated discs, dysfunction of the central and peripheral nervous system, as well as the rehabilitation of sports and domestic injuries, cerebral palsy, autism, cognitive deficits and other areas.
