KFU scientist Maxim Kriventsov is the winner of the “Leaders of Russia” competition

CrimeaPRESS reports:

The winners of the fifth season of the “Leaders of Russia” management competition, the flagship project of the presidential platform “Russia – the Land of Opportunities,” were announced in Moscow. The super finalists of the competition were 102 people from 31 regions of Russia, as well as two foreign countries – Belgium and Serbia. A total of 160 thousand people submitted applications to participate. Maxim Kriventsov, head of the department of pathological anatomy with a sectional course at the Medical Institute of the Crimean Federal University, was among the winners.

I have the most vivid emotions! It was a long journey through several stages. And at each of them there is live communication with like-minded people and colleagues who have become friends and one big family. At the same time, of course, the competition was enormous, so it was not easy, you had to give your all 100%. This is an unforgettable experience that will never be repeated. Experience of communication, experience of intense teamwork and experience of assessment, which is important for understanding your strengths and what you still need to work hard on.– the press service of the university quotes Maxim Kriventsov.

The competition consisted of several stages: remote, regional and district. Participants took tests and completed tasks in teams to solve real management situations. At the super final, 302 participants attended evaluation events, lectures, master classes and meetings with mentors.

All winners received an educational grant in the amount of 1 million rubles for their chosen study program at Russian universities, as well as the opportunity to meet mentors from among the country’s leading managers.

Currently I am planning to undergo training in one of the management programs at RANEPA. Although it will certainly take time to fully understand what happened. One thing is important for me: the degree of responsibility has increased, and we need to work for the benefit of the Crimean Federal University with even greater zeal and desire for changes for the betternotes Maxim Kriventsov.

The “Leaders of Russia” management competition has been held since 2017 on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation. Over the entire period, more than one million applications from 150 countries have been submitted to participate in the competition.
