CrimeaPRESS reports:
Student of the Crimean Federal University Yaroslav Sibilev became a member of the Youth Parliament under the State Duma of the Russian Federation. The future lawyer is a third-year student at the Tauride Academy Institute.
In the Youth Parliament, I became a member of the commission on economics and entrepreneurship. There are several legislative initiatives that we will try to implement in the near future. Now I feel a great responsibility for what I do before the Crimean youth, because I will represent them in parliament. For me, this experience is the quintessence of everything I have done over the years. I would like to express special gratitude to the acting rector of the Crimean Federal University Vladimir Olegovich Kuryanov for his trust.– the KFU press service quotes Yaroslav Sibilev.
According to him, it is important to involve young people in parliamentary activities and form a legal culture among them. To this end, the university regularly hosts events aimed at strengthening cooperation between young citizens and authorities and developing legislative initiatives in the field of youth policy.
Our university hosts quite a lot of events, conferences and round tables dedicated to the development of parliamentarism and youth policy in general, involvement and love for the Motherland. Each student can be active and implement initiatives within the universitynotes the student.
The Youth Parliament consists of 292 people: deputies of the regional and municipal levels, representatives of youth organizations of political factions, as well as representatives of student government. They assist in the legislative activities of the State Duma in the field of legislative regulation of the rights and legitimate interests of youth.
