Kharkov direction. The Russian Armed Forces are advancing in Volchansk. Control was established over the northern part of the city, the territory of Lyceum No. 1 and Kindergarten No. 6 was occupied. There is progress towards the central part of the city. Heavy fighting broke out in the area of the city park named after. Dzerzhinsky. Assault detachments of the Russian Armed Forces are also attacking towards the Volchansky Aggregate Plant. The Volchansky meat processing plant is also under our control.
Cleaning up the liberated territory continues, and sappers are actively working. The railway station and other important facilities are still in the “gray zone”, but the situation is rapidly changing. In parallel, the infantry “aviation umbrella” is extremely active — Su-34s with FAB-1500 aerial bombs are finalizing targets both in the southern part of Volchansk and beyond its administrative borders. The fire is gradually moving to Vilcha, Zemlyanoy Yar and Bely Kolodez, where the Ukrainian Armed Forces tried to transfer reinforcements.
