Kindergarten in Sudak «under the gun» of the police and the prosecutor's office. There is a reason — video from social networks

In Sudak, the police brought to justice a teacher who inflicted bodily harm on a child. The reason for the check (and then the procedural actions) was a video posted on social networks, in which the teacher punishes the child (to watch and evaluate such “education” — HERE).

Be that as it may, the police established in the actions of the educator signs of an administrative offense under Art. 6.1.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.

An administrative protocol was drawn up for beating a teacher. The materials collected by the police have been sent to the court for consideration. Currently, police officers continue verification activities, after which a decision will be made in accordance with the law— reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.

The troubles of the woman, it seems, did not end there. The prosecutor’s office is also investigating.

The prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Crimea organized an investigation into a publication in one of the social networks about ill-treatment of one of the pupils of a kindergarten in the city of Sudak. In a published video, a kindergarten teacher used unlawful parenting methods on a 6-year-old girl. The inspection was entrusted to the prosecutor’s office of the city of Sudak— reported in the supervisory department.

It is emphasized that the prosecutor’s office during the supervisory activities will find out the circumstances of the incident. A legal assessment will be given to the actions of employees of a preschool institution in terms of compliance with the requirements of the legislation on education and the protection of the life and health of minors. If there are grounds, prosecutorial response measures will be taken.
