Employees of the Alushta emergency rescue team «KRYM-SPAS» ensured the safety of swimming competitions dedicated to the celebration of the Day of the State Flag of the Russian Federation. The competition was held on August 22 and took place on the territory of the beach of the Center for Children’s Creativity in Alushta. The distance was 50 meters. Before the start of the competition, the rescuers briefed all the participants on the rules of safe behavior on the water.
The main task of the Crimean rescuers was to ensure the proper implementation of security measures during the swim. The personnel involved in ensuring the security of the event were armed with all the necessary equipment and equipment to provide qualified assistance to the victims if necessary.the emergency department said.
Thanks to the preventive complex of measures, no emergencies were allowed during the event. A total of 50 people took part in the competition.
