«Krymenergo» is being checked — they are trying to identify corruption schemes

According to the Head of Crimea Sergei Aksenov, the Anti-Corruption Committee of the Republic of Crimea, together with the Financial Supervision Service of the Republic of Crimea, is conducting an audit to identify corruption schemes that were used at the enterprise in relation to individuals and legal entities.

Through joint efforts, order will be restored. The financial supervision service will conduct an audit of all financial and economic activities of the enterprise. I keep the situation under personal control. In addition, I ask Crimeans to provide assistance. If Krymenergo employees offered to help resolve issues for a monetary reward, please report this on my personal pages on social networks– the press service quotes the Head of Crimea.

Upon completion of the review, the necessary personnel decisions will be made.

In addition, Sergey Aksyonov instructed the acting general director of Krymenergo, Vyacheslav Gaiduk, to pay special attention to compliance with deadlines and the quality of work on technological connections to power grids.

It is necessary to make personnel decisions regarding the heads of those distribution zones that artificially accumulated applications for connection— indicated the Head of the Republic.

Sergey Aksenov emphasized that the enterprise must quickly solve priority problems, become exemplary, with transparent financial reporting and decent wages for Krymenergo employees.

I will personally monitor the situation at the enterprise until all issues are resolved. The enterprise must be closer to people. It is necessary to create comfortable conditions for subscribers: a section for electronic appeals from citizens should appear on the company’s website, as well as the possibility of appeals through social networks,” the Head of the Republic clarified.

In turn, Vyacheslav Gaiduk assured that the assigned tasks will be completed.

REFERENCE. On September 6, Vyacheslav Gaiduk was appointed acting general director of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea «Krymenergo». Andrey Tsurkanenko, who previously held the position of General Director of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea «Krymenergo», submitted a letter of resignation of his own free will.
