Krymenergo must complete the transfer of SNT subscribers and cooperatives to direct payments

The company’s specialists continue to work with subscribers, explaining to citizens the advantages of this measure. Among other things, Sergei Aksyonov noted that the transfer of electrical networks in SNT to the balance sheet of Krymenergo will free subscribers from paying for the repair of linear facilities.

According to the Head of Crimea, the distribution of payments for consumed electricity is not transparent. “I think the prosecutor’s office should conduct an audit, find out how payments are distributed without meters, how chairmen determine the cost of consumed energy, whether the law is being followed, — said the Head of the Republic.

According to the general director of Krymenergo, Maxim Shklyarsky, most of the networks of gardening partnerships and cooperatives have already been transferred to the balance sheet of the enterprise.

Residents of 8 SNT remain without individual metering devices. In addition, Sergey Aksyonov focused on the issue of replacing equipment at transformer substations. The work is being carried out by Krymenergo specialists in accordance with the schedule. At the same time, based on complaints received from citizens about power surges, a number of villages in the Simferopol and Black Sea regions, partly the cities of Belogorsk, Simferopol, and Feodosia, remain problematic. According to the Head of Crimea, if the revenue side of the republican budget is exceeded, additional funds will again be directed to new substations.

In addition, Maxim Shklyarsky reported that the transfer to a preferential tariff of apartment buildings, whose residents cook and heat only using electricity, is being completed. To date, the reduced rate has been provided for 18,329 personal accounts out of a total of 20,300.
