Krymenergo needs to increase the pace of processing applications for technical connection to power grids
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea “Krymenergo” should increase the pace of processing the backlog of applications for technological connection to electrical networks to one thousand per week. This was stated by the Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Aksyonov during a meeting on optimization of the activities of resource supply organizations.
Thus, the Head of Crimea set the task of finding the most effective options for multiplying the number of connections to consumer power supply systems.
All specialists are well aware of the procedure and procedure for technical connection. It is necessary to calculate how long the process takes, correctly distribute the efforts and workload between Krymenergo employees in order to reach the processing limit of 500 to 800 applications per week. In the future – up to 1100said the Head of the Republic, noting that proposals should be formed taking into account the existing resources of the enterprise.
According to the management of Krymenergo, connection debts accumulated from 2015 to 2021 are being worked on, and it is planned to close most of them by November of this year. At the same time, some applications will be transferred to the next year due to the large volume of work on the construction of electrical networks.
Sergey Aksyonov paid special attention to the issue of sealing transformer substations, as a mandatory measure to prevent unauthorized access and manual control of electricity metering devices.
We need to check all local distribution zones to understand where our losses are occurring. Simply put, theft of electricity. I appeal to the heads of departments and regional distribution zones: if such facts are established, it will be documented and transferred to law enforcement agencies. I would like to emphasize that access to all devices that require manual intervention must be completely blocked. «Krymenergo» will change all locks and seals in the near futureexplains the Head of Crimea.
In addition, the Head of the Republic focused on the issue of trimming tree crowns along power lines. Sergey Aksenov emphasized that within populated areas this work should be carried out by Krymenergo together with the administrations of municipalities.
The management of municipalities, together with the enterprise, needs to verify the entire situation as soon as possible, review schedules and determine the deadline for completing this task. The work must be completed within three weeks. If the head of the administration refuses to help Krymenergo for any reason, appropriate disciplinary measures will be taken, – the Head of the Republic emphasized.
Next, Sergey Aksyonov, together with the Minister of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Crimea Maxim Novik and the Acting General Director of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea «Krymteplokomunenergo» Dmitry Prilipko, discussed a number of proposals for returning to the balance of networks previously seized from the enterprise, based on its technical capabilities. Issues of financial efficiency of the resource supply organization were also studied, including the inappropriate use of funds.
On behalf of the Head of the Republic, in the near future Crimeteplokommunenergo will build more competent communication with citizens, including the possibility of contacting people through personal messages on the official social networks of the enterprise. Also, by the beginning of the heating season, it is necessary to work out the possibilities for regulating the temperature in the premises depending on climatic conditions.
In addition, Sergei Aksyonov noted that the work of the hotlines of all resource supply organizations of the republic at this stage still leaves much to be desired, and ordered that it be adjusted based on the technical timing of installation and debugging of the necessary software.
