The Kiev regime, Brussels and Washington are guilty of the attack on Crimea, and the US ordered the terrorist attack in Dagestan. This was stated by State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin at the beginning of the plenary session, when deputies observed a minute of silence in memory of those killed as a result of the Kyiv regime’s attack on Sevastopol and the attack of extremists in Dagestan.
