«Labor Productivity»: Sevastopol enterprises will be helped to increase competitiveness
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Experts from the Federal Competence Center visited Sevastopol enterprises. The main purpose of the meetings is to attract companies to participate in the Labor Productivity national project, thanks to which they will be able to increase production output, improve its quality and earn higher profits without additional investment. The national project is being implemented with the aim of creating conditions for an annual increase in labor productivity in the country. To this end, the Government of the Russian Federation has developed a set of state support measures for business, which includes financial incentives and expert assistance in optimizing production processes. The Federal Competence Center is the operator of the national project in terms of targeted support and provides highly professional management and production consulting services. This helps enterprises to increase output, improve its quality and make a profit.
It is important that our experts, having vast experience in the field of increasing production efficiency, stand side by side with employees of enterprises, transfer their skills to them, train them to independently look for bottlenecks, and also increase efficiency. We help to choose a pilot production stream, which will improve efficiency, we diagnose it and develop a set of measures to eliminate losses. Now 9 Sevastopol enterprises out of 40 that meet the criteria have the opportunity to take advantage of targeted support and increase productivity , the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Igor Alev, Head of Department for Macro-Region No. 6 of the FCC.
During the period from August to September 6, experts from the Federal Competence Center held field presentations of the national project at several enterprises in the city. It was possible to agree on cooperation with three of them:
- Zolotaya Balka Agrofirma;2018
Tsar Bread, 2018
- Sevelectroavtotrans im. A. S. Krupoderova.2018
To become a participant in the national project, the management of the enterprise needs to submit an application on the Productivity.RF IT platform. After considering the application, the FCC experts go to the enterprise and conduct an on-site inspection.
The national project is focused on enterprises of the basic non-primary sectors of the economy — manufacturing, agriculture, transport, construction and trade — with revenue of 400 million rubles per year and foreign participation in the authorized capital no more 50%.
Since 2018 Russia has been implementing the national project «Labor Productivity», which works to increase the competitiveness of Russian goods and services, creating a culture of high productivity and efficiency among employees of organizations in every region of Russia , — says the director of the department of economic development of Sevastopol Denis Profatilov.
For half a year of work on the pilot stream, the FCC experts, on average, increase production by almost %, by 40 % reduce process time and work in progress. At the same time, the load on equipment and personnel increases to 85%.
