Land fraudsters will be tried in the Black Sea region
CrimeaPRESS reports:
But someone from local officials helped them…
In the Chernomorsky district, three local residents will appear in court on charges of fraud (Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) with land plots worth 3.5 million rubles.
According to investigators, in April 2018, a group of three persons, having previously distributed roles among themselves, decided to illegally acquire ownership of two land plots that were previously part of the mutual fund of a collective agricultural enterprise on the territory of the Mezhvodnenskoye rural settlement.
The attackers, with the help of an unidentified official of the administration of the Mezhvodnenskoye rural settlement, found two land plots with a total value of 3.5 million rubles. They received two extracts from the minutes of general meetings of unit owners, containing false information about the ownership of land plots by criminals. Using the extracts they received, they registered ownership of them,” said the Crimean prosecutor’s office.
The criminal actions of the accused were identified and suppressed by officers of the Russian Federal Security Service for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. During the preliminary investigation, the said land plots were seized. The criminal case was sent to the Chernomorsky District Court for consideration on the merits.
