Land surveying in Sevastopol is now a mandatory procedure

In Sevastopol, new rules for registering transactions with land plots that make the procedure for land survey are mandatory entered into force. Now the absence of the established boundaries of the land is the basis for suspension of accounting and registration actions. This applies to transactions of sale, rent, gift and even inheritance.

I remind the residents of Sevastopol that the grounds for suspension of accounting and registration actions were replenished with two new grounds. The first is the absence of the established boundaries of the land with respect to which the transaction is carried out. And the second is the absence of the established boundaries of the land, if the building is located on it, the object of incomplete construction or construction, which are the subject of the transaction,-quoted the press service of the Government of Sevastopol as the head of the Department of State Registration of Law and Cadastre Sevastopol Artem Fadeev.

To make any kind of transactions with land participants, it is necessary to carry out survey. The exception is only cases of the establishment of easement or deregistration of real estate from the cadastral registration that ceased to exist.

New rules are especially relevant for land plots provided until 2014.

We are talking about land plots that were provided to citizens until 2014. Then land plots were provided according to schemes and had only the declared area of ​​the land plot, without the coordinates of the borders— said Artem Fadeev.
