To receive a plot of land, a SVO participant must provide a combat veteran ID.

Changes have been made to the resolution of the Council of Ministers of Crimea dated December 29, 2022 No. 1288. To receive a plot of land, a participant in a special military operation must provide a combat veteran’s ID (copy). This was announced by the Minister of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Crimea Larisa Kulinich.

I note that when queuing, the certificate is attached if available, but upon receipt of the Order of the Ministry of Property on the provision of a plot, a copy of the document is already required,” commented Larisa Kulinich.

At the same time, the amendments made to the Procedure clarified the issue of reinstatement in the order.

If the applicant was removed from the queue program due to the documents not meeting the requirements of the Procedure, and subsequently he provided the necessary papers, then his place in the queue is restored taking into account the date and time of the initial entry of data about the applicant into the programnoted the minister.

In addition, changes have been made to the list of persons authorized to issue and certify certificates and other documents confirming that the applicant performed service and combat tasks or took part in hostilities during a special military operation.

The procedure also approved the form of a certificate about the circumstances of the disappearance or possible death of a citizen and the form of a certificate of death of a citizen.
