Minister of Housing Policy and State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Crimea Nikita Tarasov informed about the development of housing construction in Crimea. According to him, in 2023, documentation on the planning of the territory in the Saki and Black Sea regions was developed, on the basis of which 1,550 land plots were formed for the placement of garden houses to be provided to participants of the SVO and members of their families. This work will continue in 2024.
Close attention was paid to improving the housing rights of citizens within the framework of government programs and regional projects. In particular, 68 families of disabled people, veterans of the Great Patriotic War, Chernobyl survivors and young families were provided with housing, and 139 residential premises were purchased for orphans and children without parental care.
Thanks to changes made by the parliament of the republic to the law regulating issues in the field of housing relations, standard housing can now be purchased by Russians who urgently arrived on the territory of the peninsula from the Kherson region. This year, such citizens were issued more than 20 thousand certificates for the purchase of housing and paid for about 10 thousand certificates— said Nikita Tarasov.
Speaking about the implementation of the Housing project, he noted that this year a record figure for the volume of commissioned housing was achieved — 1,024 thousand square meters. meters of the total area of residential buildings (with a planned indicator of 870 thousand square meters), of which 769.1 thousand meters are individual housing construction, 254.9 thousand square meters. meters — in multi-apartment residential buildings.
The Minister also emphasized the urgency of the problem of restoring the rights of injured participants in shared construction, adding that 290 million rubles were paid to 151 citizens from the budget of the Republic. 11 citizens received compensation in the amount of 52.5 million rubles. from the Territory Development Fund.
