Landscaping of the area near the synagogue in Sevastopol is one third complete

The 40-million contract signed at the end of the year between the management of municipal facilities and the Moscow-based Montazh-Stroy LLC stipulated that work on the improvement of the territory adjacent to the facilities of the local religious organization on Vosstashikh Square would be completed on January 25. The contractor’s representative reported on January 30 «Sevastopol newspaper»that due to unfavorable weather conditions at the end of last year and the beginning of this year, at the order of the customer, construction work at the site was suspended.
When asked to what degree of readiness the facility is now and when the work can be completed, the representative of the performing company found it difficult to answer or simply did not want to answer. However, according to the information posted on the government procurement website, to date the contractor has completed and delivered to the customer work worth 14.7 million rubles — one third of all contracted work— note SG journalists.
Let us remind you that, according to the technical specifications, a square, decorative lighting, recreation areas, pedestrian paths, parking and a “wailing wall” were to appear on the territory near the synagogue on Vosstaschikh Square by the end of January.
