Large-scale “development” of unfinished construction projects has begun in Greater Yalta
CrimeaPRESS reports:
During a joint development with the Ministry of Housing Policy of Crimea,… 134 unfinished construction projects were identified in Greater Yalta. Most of the long-term and unfinished buildings come from Ukrainian times.
We are looking for owners of long-term construction projects in Greater Yalta. On behalf of the Head of the Republic, we are working together with the Ministry of Housing Policy. In total, 134 long-term construction projects were identified — from concrete garages to multi-storey complexes. Most appeared during the Ukrainian period, a few remained from Soviet timessaid the head of the Yalta administration, Yanina Pavlenko.
She also clarified that the identified objects are conditionally divided into groups: those that can be completed, those that cannot be completed for various reasons (for the majority there are lawsuits), and those for which a final decision has not yet been made.
Yanina Pavlenko also added that work is already underway with the identified owners — the fate of the buildings is being discussed, employees of the structural divisions of the Yalta administration involved in the process are ready to assist in the preparation of documents and the development of the Road Map.
I give the rest a month — we’ll wait at the administration— summed up the head of Greater Yalta.
