Last week, from November 27 to December 3, Sevastopol residents left 2,889 comments on social networks and on the Gosuslugi platform. Let’s decide together” – this is the largest number of requests in 2023. Residents of the city broke the record set a week earlier — then 2,587 messages were received.
This activity is associated with a large number of comments about the consequences of the storm that hit the city on the night of November 26-27. Also, strong winds arose at night from November 28 to 29. Residents’ complaints were promptly forwarded to the relevant departments and organizations, which, to the extent possible, eliminated the consequences of the bad weather. Thus, one of the messages said that strong winds tore off part of the roof of the house. The woman called an emergency team, which arrived on the scene within 15 minutes and promptly repaired the damaged section of the roof.— note the press service of the Government of Sevastopol.
Residents of Aksyutina Street in Balaklava wrote on social networks that their yard lighting was lost due to the storm. A similar comment was left by Sevastopol residents who live on Lotsmanskaya Street. They said that the lights did not work in the courtyards of houses No. 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11. The regional control center sent these and other similar messages to Gorsvet. Soon, experts reported that power had been restored to all addresses.
People also shared where fallen trees need to be removed in the city, including writing about such cases on Kharkovskaya Street and General Ostryakov Avenue. The issues were addressed by employees of the Department of Transport, the Parks and Gardens institution, and management companies. The emergency trees were removed by joint efforts.
