According to preliminary data from Krymstat for 9 months of this year, agricultural organizations, peasant farms and personal subsidiary farms in Crimea produced more than 160 million chicken eggs, which is 106,6% compared to the same period last year. This was announced by the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea Andrey Savchuk. Almost 10% of such products are produced by large poultry farms of the republic.

In Crimea, egg production is carried out both by large poultry farms, such as SP Oktyabrskoye LLC, Partizan LLC, Novorossiyskaya poultry farm, and smaller enterprises — peasant farms, individual entrepreneurs and personal subsidiary farms. This year, agricultural organizations produced 99 million chicken eggs, which is 80, 7% of the same period 2021 of the year, in K (F) X, including IP, 2.7 million pieces were received , which is 160,4% compared to the same period last year, and in the households of the population — 80,1 million pieces, which is 10, 9% compared to the same period 2021 of the year, Andrey Savchuk commented.

The Minister of Agriculture of the Crimea also noted that the main producers of chicken eggs in the republic are agricultural organizations that produce more than 58% of such products. The daily production at Partizan LLC and the Novorossiyskaya poultry farm is 160 and about 80 thousand pieces respectively.

The average egg production from one laying hen in the Crimean agricultural organizations from January to September was 242 eggs (112% to the same period 2021 of the year).
