Every second city dweller is not irritated by anything about their immediate supervisor. Bosses are most often dissatisfied with the irresponsibility and indifference of their subordinates. Economically active citizens and citizens holding managerial positions from Crimea took part in open surveys of the service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob.
48% of Crimeans are not irritated by anything about their leaders. 12% are dissatisfied with the incompetence of their superiors. 9% do not like indifference, indifference and disrespect towards employees, 6% — rudeness and bad manners. 5% of respondents are intolerant of softness, stupidity, greed, inconsistency, unprofessionalism and inability to listen. Another 2% are outraged by management’s inability to resolve issues related to the remuneration of subordinates,” noted the service’s press service.
Only 10% of bosses don’t find anything annoying about their subordinates. Most often, managers complain about the irresponsibility of staff (19%), indifference to their duties (10%), laziness and lack of performance (9 each), a tendency to lie (7%) and lack of initiative (3%).
