«Light, Artek!» — The International Children's Center celebrates

A bright cultural-mass event “Light, Artek!” Took place at the Artek International Children’s Center, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Center and Day of Russia. About 4,000 articians — children and adults gathered at the Central Stadium, together to celebrate this important holiday.

The event began with the execution of the state anthem of the Russian Federation, which united all those present in one impulse of pride and love for the homeland. From the first minutes, the stadium was heard by the beloved Artec songs, creating the atmosphere of the holiday and unity. Interactive karaoke involved everyone in a musical stream, filling the space with joy and warmth.

A special place in the program was taken by a musical and poetic prologue dedicated to the image of Russia as a large family. The main symbol appeared on the huge screen — the “Tree of Russia”, where the roots personified history and memory, branches — generations, and foliage — the country’s bright future. The prologue will be imbued with patriotic lyrics, singing native land, family traditions and love for the homeland.

Under the open air, “Artek” sounded modern songs of the Russian stage, combining generations and causing a response in the hearts of adolescents. The program sounded the compositions “Everything that I have in my life”, “Group 1 blood”, “Mother Earth”, “Trains”, “Sedding Night” and others. Musical numbers were accompanied by theatrical straps, incendiary dances and mass flash mobs. Children did not just sing and danced — they became full -fledged participants in the action, expressing the mood of the generation, love for the country and the value of human relations.

The scene was decorated with vivid performances of choreographic and vocal groups from different parts of Russia and neighboring republics: Uzbekistan, South Ossetia, Moscow and the Moscow Region, the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Perm Territory, the Sverdlovsk and Orenburg regions, the Republic of Mari El and Omsk. More than 800 young artists gave the audience unforgettable emotions and impressions.

The culmination of the holiday was the song “Sansara” — a symbol of continuity, life circle and the strength of human connections. This touching number united all the participants on the stage and in the hall, summing up the rich program, the leitmotif of which became the words: “We are different — but we are together, we are a large country, we are“ Artek ”, we are Russia”.
