Likbez: information from the state data fund can be obtained free of charge through the State Services portal

The Office of Rosreestr for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol recalls that it is possible to request information from the state fund of data obtained as a result of land management (GFDZ) through the Unified Portal of Public Services (Gosuslugi application).

All SPDF materials and their copies are provided to individuals, both individuals and legal entities, free of charge.

Service delivery time is up to three working days.

Portal users can receive land management documentation, including: territorial land management projects, land surveying materials, land surveying files for land surveying, land quality assessments, land inventories, materials of soil, geobotanical and other surveys and surveys.

We also remind you that other Rosreestr services are available on the State Services portal, namely:

• all 18 types of extracts from the USRN,
• registration of the right to real estate,
• sending applications to Rosreestr to correct a technical error,
• making an entry in the Unified State Register of Real Estate about the impossibility of registering real estate transactions without the personal participation of the owner,
• services for licensing geodetic and cartographic activities,
• services for self-regulatory organizations,
• a service for including information about the association (union) in the state register of SRO cadastral engineers,
• An electronic platform for cadastral works, developed in order to ensure effective interaction between the customer and the cadastral engineer.
