The project is dedicated to the 185th anniversary of the founding of the city of Yalta and was implemented from January to June this year. When implementing the project, librarians combined various forms of events that help increase the information and cognitive activity of readers and form a positive image of the children’s library. Exhibitions with the best books of Crimean publishing houses, meetings with Yalta writers, virtual tours, exciting quiz games, photo contests, presentations of works by famous writers who visited Yalta were available to users. As a result, the project participants — schoolchildren, their parents and teachers expressed their desire to make the project long-term.
