Magnolia planting ceremony held at Vorontsov Palace

The ceremony was also attended by the director of the Alupka Museum-Reserve Alexander Balinchenko, cultural and artistic figures who make a significant contribution to the preservation and popularization of the historical and cultural heritage of the region. Vorontsov Park, known for its unique flora and rich history, received an additional impetus for further development and popularization among guests and residents of the region— the press service of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Crimea reported.
Magnolia grandiflora was one of the favorite plants of Governor-General Mikhail Vorontsov. The plant was planted in the place where one of the oldest specimens of magnolia grandiflora in Crimea grew.
