Major repairs of cultural institutions are underway in the Saksky District

By mid-August, the builders of the Veselovsky Community Center had completed dismantling the roof, slate, and sheathing. Work continues on dismantling old window units, insulating the ceilings and roof of the building, and installing metal tiles. The installation of a new roof, rafters, and sheathing with the laying of a hydro-barrier layer, and the installation of dormer windows in the attic are nearing completion. Double-glazed windows have already been delivered to the site for the central façade of the building.

Upon completion of the work, the entire building is expected to be fully glazed with modern double-glazed windows, 4 porches will be modernized, and all external doors will be replaced with fireproof ones. The amount of allocated funds is 17.09 million rubles. The overall readiness of the facility is 69%.

In the Yarkovsky rural club, work has been completed on dismantling the roof, ceilings, floors, electrical networks, installing a reinforcing belt, a new roof, knocking off old plaster inside the building, strengthening beams and insulating the ceilings of the building. Preparations have been made for concreting the floors in the building, and cable laying and window installation have been completed.

The building’s facade was cleared of old plaster, insulated, decorative plaster was applied and painted. The lower part of the building was reinforced and filled with a blind area. Sewer rings were installed and sewer pipes were laid on the street.

Work is being completed on preparing the walls for new electrical networks, for plastering the walls of the premises and laying tiles on the base of the building. The total cost of the work is 6.59 million rubles. The current readiness of the facility is 90%

The opening and renovation of cultural centers allows us to improve the quality of services provided and increase the number of visitors to cultural and leisure institutions.
