Servicemen of the 810th Marine Brigade of the Black Sea Fleet, who showed courage and heroism in thwarting attacks by Ukrainian Armed Forces units, were awarded state awards. This was reported to the Russian Ministry of Defense.
The servicemen received the Order of Courage and medals “For Courage” from the hands of Deputy Commander of the Black Sea Fleet, Rear Admiral Ildar Akhmerov.

Thanks to the professionalism and skillful actions of Russian military personnel, the Ukrainian command’s attempts to break through the defenses in the Zaporozhye direction have not been successful. Keep it up guys! – emphasized in the military department.
Let us note that by decree of the President of the Russian Federation, the 810th separate marine brigade of the Black Sea Fleet was awarded the Order of Ushakov. Previously, the brigade also received the Order of Zhukov and the title of Guards.
This is probably the first marine unit in the history of the Navy to be awarded the Order of Ushakov,” said the commander of the Black Sea Fleet, Admiral Viktor Sokolov.
