Married couples who have been married for more than 15 years were awarded in Sevastopol
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The registry office of the Gagarinsky district congratulated ten couples who have been married for more than 15 years. The event is timed to coincide with the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity, which will be celebrated in our country on July 8.
Today we reward couples who live long in marriage and are an example of family relationships. I looked at the statistics for the last six months: the number of marriages has increased by 10%, and this is quite a lot. Sevastopol has always been a popular city for registering a marriage, but now people are given great opportunities: it is not necessary to come to the city to apply, there is the State Services portal for this. Of course, it is still warm now, the sea is nearby, the city has become very popular for marriage registration. From June to November we have, one might say, the wedding season— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the head of the registry office of Sevastopol Irina Zharikova.
Now it is much easier to register a marriage: just submit an application on the public services portal. You can get married in any city, and apply even for a year.
We are always happy to hold celebrations in honor of a family event. In fact, it is a tradition to celebrate an anniversary at the registry office. Usually children are involved in such events, they come and tell their parents about the anniversary. Our task is to plunge the couple into the very feelings and emotions that they experienced many years ago. The most touching moment is the presence of children and grandchildren at the celebration. We meet the anniversaries, congratulate them, they exchange rings again. This is an amazing holiday that gives a lot of pleasant emotions.— says Natalia Tikhonova, head of the registry office of the Gagarinsky district.
Among the anniversaries are Tatyana Alexandrovna and Valery Grigorievich Miloserdov. This year they celebrate their golden wedding — 50 years of marriage.
We met back in 1973 at a dance at the House of Navy Officers, and have not parted since. For us, reliability, loyalty and love is the most important thing, we value it most of all. We have two children, a son and a daughter, and two adult grandchildren. I would like to give advice to future newlyweds — marry responsibly, understand that this is for life— say the anniversaries.
Couples who will have an anniversary date in the near future can apply to any registry office with an application for an award for the next Day of Family, Love and Fidelity.
