Mass accident in Simferopol: seven injured

The police and the prosecutor’s office are investigating a massive traffic accident in Simferopol, in which 7 people were injured. The accident involving a trolleybus and three cars occurred late yesterday evening (at 22:45) on Russkaya Street.
The driver, born in 2001, driving a KIA SPORTAGE, without a driver’s license, when exiting from the secondary road of Trubachenko Street onto the main road of Russkaya Street, failed to give way to a ŠKODA driven by a driver born in 1998 moving along Russkaya Street, causing a collision with it. After which the driver of the KIA drove into the lane intended for oncoming traffic, where he caused a collision with a TROLZA trolleybus, which was moving on the right in the same direction, and another car. As a result of the traffic accident, seven people were injured, who received medical assistance on the spot, there were no casualties among the passengers of public transport— the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate reported.
Currently, the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate is investigating the circumstances of the traffic accident.
