Today in Sevastopol there will be a stage of the international high-diving festival «Wings of the World». This was announced by Vice Governor Igor Mikheev.
The mayor of the city, Mikhail Razvozhaev, noted that the competition is possible taking into account the enhanced regime of service by law enforcement agencies.
The event will take place today, precautionary measures are provided. The stage will take place at the same time as it was planned. The site will start working from 17 hours, first there will be preliminary jumps, the final jumps are expected at about hours , Igor Mikheev reported.
In the near future, the city will host a number of mass events — the Khersones International Opera and Ballet Festival, the International Forum of Young Filmmakers and the Bike Show. The authorities promise to ensure the safety of their conduct.
Recall that high-diving competitions were to be held the day before, on the Day of the Navy. They were moved for security reasons. Also in Sevastopol introduced a high – “yellow” level of terrorist threat.
