Masters of refrigeration equipment will represent Crimea at the All-Russian Professional Skills Competition

On the eve of the Final of the Professional Skills Championship “Professionals”, which will take place from November 25 to 29 in St. Petersburg, the Republic of Crimea has begun preparing a team of masters that will represent the region at the All-Russian competition (analogous to WorldSkills).

In the finals of the Championship, the region will be represented by a team in the “Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems” competency — competitor Vitaly Kalashnikov, a student of the Simferopol Polytechnic College of the Republic of Crimea, as well as his expert mentor Dzhemal Kurshutov, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Crimea reported.

Psychological, methodological and practical training of the competitor in the competence “Refrigeration and air conditioning systems” is carried out from October 2 to October 27, 2023 by a team of trainers formed from among the leading specialists of Kholod 82 LLC, teachers of the State Budgetary Educational Institution of the Republic of Crimea “Simferopol Polytechnic College”, methodologists GBOU DPO RK «Crimean Center for the Development of Vocational Education». Every day, in accordance with the training program, the modules of the competitive task are tested. During training events, Vitaly demonstrates a high level of practical training, psychological endurance, as well as a desire to win— said the Ministry of Defense of the Republic.

The professional skills championship “Professionals” is held in 240 competencies. The stated goal of the championship movement is to train personnel for Russian industry.
