Medical chats of the ZdravControl project launched in the Republic of Crimea

CrimeaPRESS reports:

The federal project involves the creation of special medical chats in the Telegram messenger.

From March 1, 2023, residents of the Republic of Crimea will be able to use a direct channel of communication with medical organizations. The new federal project ZdravControl is designed to improve the quality and accessibility of medical care, which involves the creation of special medical chats in the Telegram messenger.

The project is being implemented with the support of the Russian Ministry of Health, Roszdravnadzor and the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation using funds provided by the Presidential Grants Fund. In 2022, the project was presented in 18 regions of the country, and since 2023 in 34 regions.

The main goal of the ZdravControl project is to improve the quality and accessibility of state medical care for the population. In the Telegram messenger, medical chats have been created for residents, in which they can leave their appeals and ask reference questions, as well as receive answers from representatives of medical organizations within two hours.

Medchats are a modern and convenient format of work. We immediately supported the project, because it allows us to solve the problems of patients when receiving medical care in the shortest possible time. We do everything to make medicine in Crimea as accessible and of high quality as possible for our residents— said the Minister of Health of the Republic of Crimea Konstantin Skorupsky.

The creation of medical chats is also an example of the openness of the authorities.

It is important that the regional authorities are ready to hear and quickly solve the problems of residents. ZdravControl will help with this, as well as increase the legal literacy of residents and reduce the number of unreasonable appeals to medical organizations— commented the head of the ZdravControl project, a member of the Public Council for an independent assessment of the quality of the conditions for the provision of services by medical organizations under the Ministry of Health of Russia Evgeny Martynov.

The main issues that residents will be able to solve thanks to appeals to medical centers are problems: making an appointment with a doctor, calling a doctor at home, obtaining subsidized medicines, violation of ethics and deontology, imposing paid services, lack of referrals for consultations and examinations, as well as any reference questions and etc. In chats, you can not get advice on treatment and prescribing drugs, the availability of drugs in pharmacies, the work of emergency medical care, emergency hospitalization and diagnosis.

Four medical centers have been created in the Republic of Crimea: “Simferopol. Health”, “Evpatoria. Health”, “Kerch. Health” and “Crimea. Health». In the chat “Crimea. Health” all medical organizations are connected, except for those that are territorially located in the cities of Simferopol, Evpatoria and Kerch. Medical organizations of the republican level and the city of Simferopol will respond to citizens’ appeals in the Simferopol. Health”, medical organizations of the city of Evpatoria in the chat “Evpatoria. Health”, and the city of Kerch in the chat “Kerch. Health».

You can write an appeal to the medical chat daily from 8:00 to 20:00, from Monday to Saturday. You can join the medchats using the following links:
