Medical workers were congratulated in Crimea on the eve of a professional holiday

The head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, presented state awards and insignia in the framework of a ceremony dedicated to the Day of the Medical Worker, which is celebrated this year on June 15.

Turning to those present, Sergei Aksyonov thanked for the work of doctors, the middle and younger staff of medical organizations — all those who daily save many people.

Medicine undoubtedly remains one of the key areas of activity of authorities of all levels. Without a stably functioning healthcare system, we cannot talk about either the comfortable or high -quality life of the population. Our doctors literally work miracles, putting people on their feet. In Crimea, general indicators also improve: infant mortality is reduced, the average life expectancy is growing. Your work deserves the biggest thanks and respect— said the head of Crimea.

Sergey Aksyonov expressed particular gratitude to military doctors, all specialists who save the lives of special operation participants.

The head of the republic also emphasized that the government of the republic will continue to do everything necessary for the stable work of healthcare institutions, including in terms of providing modern medical equipment.

Today, our doctors have the opportunity to work on high -class equipment — in the days of Ukraine we could not even think that this would become accessible to Crimea. Together with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Crimea, we continue the systematic development of the industry— added the head of Crimea.

Further, Sergei Aksyonov presented the awards: the Order “For Fidelity of Debt”, Certificates of Honorary of the Head of the Republic of Crimea, Certificates of Honorary of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, gratitude to the head of the Republic of Crimea, distinguishing signs “Clock from the Head of the Republic of Crimea”.

The event was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea Elena Romanovskaya, Minister of Health of the Republic of Crimea Alexei Natarov.
