Meeting of the Public Council under the Department of State Registration of Law and Cadastre of Sevastopol

On October 19, 2023, a meeting of the Public Council was held in Sevreestr, which includes the president of the Notary Chamber of the city of Sevastopol, Olga Kalenkovich.

Acting Deputy Governor of the city of Sevastopol Nikolai Pristavka also took part in the business meeting. Nikolai Nikolaevich oversees the land and property block, including the issue of allocating land plots to participants in the special operation. In addition, it is in charge of the department of property and land relations and the department of state registration of rights and cadastre.

During the meeting, those present discussed the following issues:

• changes in legislation in 2023 in the field of property and land relations;
• the procedure for approving the Program for the Prevention in 2024 of the risks of causing harm (damage) to legally protected values ​​during the exercise of state control (supervision) by the Department of State Registration of Law and Cadastre of Sevastopol;
• the procedure for registering a land plot under an apartment building into the joint ownership of apartment owners and obtaining documents for ownership of a share in the adjacent territory of an apartment building by apartment owners;
• the procedure for registering land plots in gardening partnerships that received cadastral numbers in Ukraine, but the ownership of which has not been registered;

— other issues related to the targeted activities of the Council.
