Meeting of the Public Council under the Department of State Registration of Law and Cadastre of the city of Sevastopol

17 September a regular meeting of the Public Council under the Department of State Registration of Law and Cadastre of the city of Sevastopol was held ( Sevreestr), which includes the President of the Notary Chamber of the city of Sevastopol Olga Kalenkovich. At the beginning of the meeting, the permanent members of the Public Council at Sevreestre were introduced to their new colleague, Natalya Podtoptanaia, representing the Union of Russian Gardeners. Further, the participants began to discuss the issues included in the agenda:

• Prevention program in 2023 year of risks of causing harm (damage) to legally protected values ​​in the course of state control by Sevreestr;
• the practice of registering ownership of residential and garden houses built on a land plot, if the right to this land plot is not registered to the applicant; registration of rights in terms of indicating all the reasons that served as the basis for suspension;
• sending by Sevreestr to the right holders of real estate objects a notice of seizure (removal of seizure) on a property object.

The result of the discussion of these issues was the adoption of the work program of Sevreestre.
