Meganom Academy has developed projects for the development of regional art residences

On November 5, the educational program “Art Residences: New Points of Attraction” ended at the Meganom Academy of Creative Industries, where teams learned the best practices for forming creative communities, how to manage them, as well as the nuances of organizing events and implementing projects.
Art residences of the federal network «Tavrida.ART» are multifunctional creative spaces where young cultural and artistic figures, representatives of creative industries, non-profit organizations, experts in management and other fields receive opportunities to realize their talents and ideas, find partners and like-minded people. On the basis of art residences, cultural events take place and projects are born. Representatives of regional creative communities are involved in the creation and development of art residences.
For 6 days, the Meganom Academy of Creative Industries hosted the educational program “Art Residences: New Points of Attraction”, where managers and specialists from 12 regions of the country received practical advice and tools for the development of creative spaces, exchanged experiences and worked in creative collaborations. With the help of experts, participants learned how to manage a youth space, became acquainted with the best practices for forming creative communities, and established new professional connections. Together with experts, they developed projects for the development of art residences. Based on the results of the training, specialists will in the future be able to independently implement events that arouse interest among the general population of their city.
As part of the “Art Residences: New Points of Attraction” program, an educational intensive “Personal Brand” was held from VK Education, where participants were told about how to create bright content and take a brand to a new level.
Today, the boundary between the concepts of professional reputation and personal brand is practically absent, but many of us have encountered people who have a personal brand and at the same time completely lack a professional reputation. A personal brand is a set of associative and emotional connections with some product, be it a person or some kind of product/service. A brand is how people perceive you. Getting a good personal brand doesn’t have to mean becoming a millionaire blogger. In addition to development roadmaps and interregional projects, program participants tested the hypothesis that the chorus — it’s a great way to network. Working with a choirmaster, recording in a recording studio and participating in an immersive production allowed the participants not only to discover and demonstrate their talents, but also to establish new business and friendly connections, which, according to the teams, is a concrete result of the training.

The Meganom Academy of Creative Industries is a new concept of an educational environment for young representatives of culture, art and creative industries, which has become the core of the Tavrida art cluster (a project of Rosmolodezh). The year-round educational center allows young professionals to gain knowledge under the supervision of recognized leaders in the field and take part in interactive projects prepared in collaboration with leading institutions and corporate partners.
