Meganom Academy is developing new forms of interaction with students

The Meganom Academy of Creative Industries (Tavrida.ART project) launched the educational program “Workshop of Young Talents: Time to Act.” 50 of the best participants in the Taurida projects (Rosmolodezh project) met in Crimea to develop a set of educational, cultural and educational formats and events for participants in the Academy’s programs.
“Workshop of young talents: time to act” is a program intended for the creators of educational courses, representatives of regional youth organizations, educational institutions, web developers and web designers, representatives of regional art residences, ambassadors and media ambassadors of the Tavrida art cluster.
In the fall of 2023, 50 young people from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Belgorod, Vladimir, Volgograd, Voronezh, Ivanovo, Kaliningrad, Kursk, Murmansk, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Rostov, Samara, Tomsk, Yaroslavl regions, Krasnodar, Stavropol, Krasnoyarsk territories, the republics of Mordovia, Udmurtia, Chuvashia, Crimea and the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug.
The face-to-face module in Crimea was preceded by online work, during which participants became acquainted with the activities of the Tavrida art cluster. Now they will have a week of intensive work at the Meganom Academy site, the result of which will be new formats of interaction with target audiences on projects and programs of the Tavrida art cluster. Participants will develop a set of educational, cultural and educational events. They will also pay attention to solving current problems faced by creative youth in the regions: lack of platforms for self-realization, monetization of creativity, interaction of creative communities, lack of educational programs aimed at the professional development of artists.
Based on the results of the defense, the best projects will be implemented with the support of program and commercial partners of the Tavrida art cluster in 2024.
The curator of the program is Faina Milevskaya, deputy head of the department for supporting target audiences of the Tavrida art cluster. The pool of experts is represented by Marina Lantseva, methodologist-ideologist, trainer, co-founder of the Learning Space company; Maria Balioz, methodologist-ideologist, trainer, co-founder of Learning Space; Konstantin Klimshin, head of the customer experience laboratory of RNKB bank, Ksenia Bogdanova, head of the standardization group for communications with clients of RNKB bank, Kirill Vaylunov, sustainable development project manager of RNKB bank, Egor Andreev, head of the customer experience department of RNKB bank, Lenmar Shabadinov, deputy head of the remote sales department and customer support of RNKB Bank, Alexander Snikhovsky, expert of the group of automated services of RNKB Bank, Daria Lipovetskaya, methodologist, author and developer of educational projects and programs, expert of Rosmolodezh.Grants, expert of grant competitions; Daria Sorokina, adviser to the office of a deputy of the Moscow City Duma, winner of the competition for political scientists and Dmitry Kolonitsky, resident of the Tavrida art cluster.
