Meganom has launched a competition among event industry professionals for a place in the Tavrida.ART team

From October 21 to 25, the Meganom Academy (project Tavrida.ART) will host the Show.Love.Art program. 50 participants in 5 areas: producing, event management, directing, screenwriting and choreography will be able to demonstrate their best skills and compete for a place in a team of professionals and further work together with the Tavrida.ART art cluster.

On October 21, the first creative camp “Show.Love.Art” for event industry professionals started at the Meganom Academy (project Tavrida.ART). The main goal of the program is to create innovative concepts and form a team of professionals for further cooperation. The best in their field will have the opportunity to work at the most progressively developing site in the country — in the Tavrida art cluster in Crimea.

The curator of the program was Victoria Chaplinskaya, head of the Department of Cultural and Educational Projects at Tavrida.ART:

Event team of the art cluster «Tavrida» — these are professionals who are great at packaging events, making meaningful products, creating incredible shows, and to expand this team, we took an unconventional approach to the process and created a real camp, in which we will solve cases and evaluate the competencies of our potential team members, because we have a big time ahead scope of work related to the year-round work of the Meganom Academy, the Russia exhibition at VDNKh and the World Youth Festival 2024, for which we are preparing special formats of the cultural program«

“Show.Love.Art” is a camp with a team that creates the most atmospheric events, vibrant productions and spectacular shows of the “Tavrida” art cluster. The main emphasis is on deep immersion in practice. During the internship, participants will enjoy evenings with music and a delicious menu, an excursion-discovery into the world of the art park, energetic team competitions in a sports spirit, a world of musical improvisations and songs inspired by communication and nature.

During the program, participants will become familiar with the key meanings of cultural, educational and educational projects of the Tavrida art cluster and unite to solve creative tasks in the context of large-scale events. In game formats, professionals in their fields will test generated ideas for organizing events and gain practical experience in solving problems for such events and large-scale events as the Tavrida.ART festival and educational rides, the World Youth Festival 2024, the International Exhibition and Forum “Russia” at VDNKh .

For young professionals, this is not only a chance to undergo an internship with the most creative event team in the country, but also to gain valuable professional experience. All participants will receive certificates of completion of the program, and the best will be invited to the Tavrida team.

The Meganom Academy of Creative Industries is a new concept of an educational environment for young representatives of culture, art and creative industries, which has become the core of the Tavrida art cluster (a project of Rosmolodezh). The year-round educational center allows young professionals to gain knowledge under the supervision of recognized leaders in the field and take part in interactive projects prepared in collaboration with leading institutions and corporate partners.
