Employees of the Russian FSB department for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol detained a member of the illegal armed formation “Crimean Tatar Battalion named after. Noman Celebidzhikhan» (the organization was recognized by the court as terrorist and the activities of the organization are prohibited in the Russian Federation).

A Russian citizen born in 1980, who is a member of the illegal armed formation “Crimean Tatar Battalion named after. Noman Celebidcihan.» It was established that the detainee in 2015 joined the specified formation, stationed on the territory of Ukraine, performed functional duties to check persons and vehicles at checkpoints on the border between Ukraine and Russia, and protect its facilitiessays the press service of the FSB department.
