Pupil GBU DO RK «Secondary School No. 2» Mikhail Khodorchenko from Simferopol (coach — Vladimir Khodorchenko) became the winner of the tournament in men’s doubles — with Samaran Kirill Filaretov.

In the 1st round, the guys beat the Italian-American pair Lorenzo Balducci/Sean Grosman — 2:0 (6:4, 6:3), and in the quarterfinals they also confidently defeated Dev Kanbagimat from Romania and Vihan Reddy from the USA — 2:0 ( 6:3, 6:2), in the semi-finals in a bitter fight they defeated Jacob Kalling Shen from Hong Kong and the Ukrainian Dmitry Vterkovsky — 2:1 (6:3, 6:7, 10:7) — and, finally, in the final, in an equally intense match, they were stronger than the representatives of Greece Odysseas Geladaris and Andreas Messis — 2:1 (6:4, 5 :7, 10:8).
