Dear Sevastopol residents!

From the bottom of my heart I congratulate you on the ninth anniversary of the reunification of Crimea and Sevastopol with Russia.

Sevastopol and Crimea in 2014 showed that the courage of the city takes. In world history, this is a unique case of the restoration of justice. People themselves have chosen their future, and our President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin has heard the voice of the people.

People went to the referendum to defend their right to speak their native language, so that Nazism would never raise its head in Russian lands, in order to defend the right to life and the future of their children.

The day of the return of the Crimea and Sevastopol to Russia became the beginning of the newest history of our state. A story in which Russia is again a great power, able to protect its people, wherever they are and whatever price they have to pay for freedom.

In nine years, each of us has come a long way. Together we grow and develop. Sevastopol is first of all its people. People who build, teach children or treat ailments, take public transport, make sure that the streets are light and safe. Together we are Sevastopol!

Much has been accomplished in these nine years. The energy blockade has been lifted thanks to the built Balaklava TPP. A water intake was erected on the Belbek River. The updated railway service has been launched. The Tavrida highway was put into operation and the construction of the last, 8th stage of the route is being completed. We have built 565.5 km of roads. Improved 65 parks and squares. We built dozens of important and necessary social facilities. If at the end of 2014 there were only 16,316 light points in Sevastopol, now there are more than 41 thousand of them!

The state is building infrastructure, developing medicine and education, so that every person can live comfortably in their native land.

Our joint achievements can be listed for a long time. The main result of the past nine years is that we are protected.

Today Sevastopol with the whole country defends the future of Russia, and together we will win!
