Mikhail Razvozhaev: The budget of Sevastopol for 2024 was executed with a surplus

The budget of Sevastopol for the year is 77.4 billion rubles, expenses — 75.8 billion rubles. The budget was executed with a surplus of 1.6 billion rubles with a planned deficit of 6.9 billion by overfulfillment of the revenue for its own revenues by 7.6 billion, or 26.2%, -Pravozhaev wrote in his Telegram channel.

According to the governor, 37.7 billion rubles were aimed at financing the socio-cultural sphere, including 28.5 billion-for salaries and social benefits. The volume of the gross regional product over the past year increased almost half and reached 301.9 billion rubles, the total amount of budget and extrabudgetary investments in fixed assets exceeded 100 billion rubles.

72.1 billion rubles are extra -budgetary investments, 28.8 are budgetary. Let me remind you that the presidential order for Sevastopol defines an indicator to attract investments in fixed assets excluding federal budget funds in 2022-2025 in the amount of 200 billion, while we have already exceeded this indicator: the volume of investments has already amounted to 246.8 billion rubles— said the governor.

In addition, according to him, Sevastopol entered the five regions of the Southern Federal District with the lowest unemployment, and the number of self -employed has grown from 2021 from 9 thousand to 36 thousand people.

Execution of state programs In Sevastopol amounted to 92.7% or 70.2 billion rubles. Among the key areas of 2024 were the commissioning of schools, medical and cultural facilities, informed the ravines earlier.
