Mikhail Razvozhaev: «There are a lot of questions, and many of them are resolved not only in financial methods»

I wanted to see precisely small objects, which most of all now excite local residents. There are a lot of questions, and many of them are resolved not only in financial methods. Our municipalities should thoroughly understand the situation on the ground, conduct systemic work and effectively solve the problems that people are talking about. They have such powers, it just needs to be done. I have this main message to the heads of the districts,-quoted the press service of the Government of Sevastopol Mikhail Pravozhaev.

The head of the city examined the territory near the Moscow shopping center. One part of the territory is a dull, and the other adjoins the shopping center. The territory, as well as the road, is inappropriate. Due to the constant flow of cars, sewer networks were sold here over time, and now the waste is entered the basement of the house adjacent to the road.

We will improve the territory around the Moscow shopping center. The courtyards are partially put in order, but the territory itself is in terrible condition, in pits and bumps, a huge number of cars pass here, including freights. The road needs to be repaired. Now work is underway on the site to the left of the Moscow cinema, we will put in order the whole territory— said the governor.

He talked with a resident of house number 74 on General Ostryakov Avenue. The woman said that the trucks that drive along this road were sold by sewer networks, and drains return to the basement of the house. The governor instructed the Department of Municipal Economy to understand and solve the problem.

Also, Mikhail Razvozhaev discussed with local residents the issue of unauthorized trade, today it is one of the most acute problems, and not only the Leninsky district. The head of the city noted that illegal trade is unacceptable and will be strictly suppressed.

Several “entrepreneurs” decided that they could trade anything and anywhere, not paying attention to the residents. This cannot be allowed, and there can be no compromise here. I will definitely discuss this issue with our law enforcement agencies, we will restore order— concluded the head of the city.

During the exit, Mikhail Razvozhaev examined the square of the 60th anniversary of the USSR. There are complaints about the absence of a public toilet here, and some visitors use the shelter installed in the territory as a restroom.

To celebrate the need for shelter is, of course, a matter of culture. Unfortunately, we also have such cases. He ordered for each shelter to appoint the responsible ones who will monitor their condition and be responsible for this. I think that within two weeks we will do this work, and at each shelter we will install a tablet with the data of the responsible person and his phone— said Mikhail Razvozhaev.

The governor also examined the territory near the library-branch No. 5 “Center for Humanitarian and Technical Information” on Marshal Biryuzov Street. In 2019, it was thoroughly repaired, new equipment was brought, but the surrounding territory remained groomed. The head of the city instructed to put it in order: to submit and establish lighting.

At the end of the bypass, Mikhail Razvozhaev instructed the course of work in the area of house No. 212 on General Ostryakov Avenue. Last year, Sevastopol residents voted for the improvement of this territory. Currently, construction and installation work on the project “Formation of a comfortable urban environment” of the national project “Infrastructure for Life” is underway here.
