Mini-factory for meat processing opened in Dzhankoy district
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In the Dzhankoy district, a mini-factory for meat processing was opened on the basis of the Krymskoye Pole agricultural consumer cooperative. This was announced by the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea Andrey Savchuk. The planned production capacity of the plant will allow processing up to 10 heads of cattle per shift or more than 3.5 thousand heads per year.
The appearance of a mini-factory on the territory of our republic, firstly, will allow both members of the agricultural consumer cooperative and other farmers who are engaged in the cultivation of specialized meat breeds of cattle to be guaranteed to sell their products — high-quality marbled beef on the peninsula, and possibly and on the mainland of Russia.
Secondly, the opening of new industries will provide jobs, and this is one of the key factors in the development of the region, and, of course, additional income to the budget of the republic. The mini-workshop is equipped with both imported and domestic modern equipment: a saw for sawing carcasses, a meat grinder with a built-in meat mixer, a vacuum packer that hermetically packs minced meat and steaks. The shop also employs a skin packer, a vacuum gas for sealing the substrate with products. There can be up to 1-2 tons of products in the cold store for storage , — commented Andrey Savchuk.
The head of the Crimean Ministry of Agriculture also noted that the staff of the mini-enterprise was trained in butchering carcasses, in accordance with the international NAMP technology, which is used by the largest Russian enterprises in this area.
