The Minister of Industrial Policy of Crimea Anushavan Aghajanyan held a meeting with the management of Fiolent Plant JSC, during which he discussed current issues of the enterprise’s production activities.
During a conversation with Fiolent General Director Alexander Batalin, the minister discussed long-term plans for the development of the plant and government support measures that can be used to increase production volumes.
The question was raised about the need to train engineers and workers for the enterprise. At the moment, the plant is experiencing a shortage of such specialists. We discussed possible measures to support specialists invited from other regions of the country. In addition, they noted the importance of interaction between science and business, so that unique technologies developed by Russian scientists quickly reach practical applicationreports the press service of the Republican Ministry of Industry.
As part of the working visit, Anushavan Aghajanyan also visited production workshops and got acquainted with individual stages of production.
