Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea on preparations for subsidies: application documentation for land reclamation projects is being accepted

We would like to emphasize that applications for projects whose implementation/completion is planned before August 30, 2024 are accepted for consideration (that is, all work provided for by the project must be completed before August 30, 2024). Also, it is necessary to pay attention to the new condition this year on the mandatory entry of information on the state of agricultural lands into the Unified Federal Information System on agricultural lands and lands used or provided for agriculture as part of lands of other categories in accordance with the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation Federation dated February 2, 2023 No. 154 “On the procedure for maintaining the state register of agricultural land”— reported the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea.

In the absence of the specified information on the lands on which the reclamation project is being implemented, the AIS system “Agro-industrial complex subsidies” automatically rejects the application.
