At the end of 2021, it became known that the Ministry of Construction had developed a draft law on the creation of a state information system for recording lease agreements for registering rental housing, apartments, and even parking spaces. In particular, the document states that owners and their tenants within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract or amendments to it will have to place information about their terms and amount of payment in this system. Also, all calculations will be carried out through it.

A single digital platform will be created in the form of a state information system (GIS) and 100% owned by the state. To create and operate the system, they plan to attract a private investor, and the Ministry of Construction will be the operator of the system.
